Essential Oils That Help Burn Body Fat


The use of essential oils for weight loss is not guaranteed to help you shed off those unwanted pounds, but what it does is to aid the body in boosting its fat-burning capabilities in enhancing the process.

Essential Oils for Weight Loss

Grapefruit oil. The essential oils derived from grapefruit has been proven to help activate enzymes that allows the body to break down fat. This essence is extracted from the peel that contains high concentrations of health-boosting compounds like D-limonene that also supports metabolism and also cleanses the lymphatic glands.

Grapefruit oil is also a good diuretic and lymphatic stimulant which is also commonly used a good topical lotion to help burn fat.

Cinnamon oil. Studies show that cinnamon oil is good for helping regulate blood sugar levels as it contains good amounts of essential substances that help the body with its glucose tolerance factor.

Ginger oil.  This oil is also effective in helping with weight loss. This is primarily because ginger essential oils contain substances that helps in the production of hormones that helps the body avoid cravings for sugar, as well as helps in reducing inflammation.   

Ginger is rich in a compound called gingerols, which are proven to reduce inflammation and it also helps in aiding digestion and absorption of nutrients.

Using each of these three oils or combining them as part of a regular habit, you may be able to see the results.

You can use these oils for salad dressings. Coupled with several healthy green and leafy vegetables, these oils can be mixed to make it a part of your meal.

You can add a few drops of the oils in your drinking water.

As a massage lotion, these can be good massage oils not just to help sooth the skin, but also provide you additional means to shed off unwanted fat.

There are a lot of ways you can use these oils to help with weight loss, however, it is important that you still need to maintain the right nutrition and activity in the body for it to work out effectively and efficiently.
