Alex Cane’s No Bake Inner Armour Chocolate Protein Bars


Yields 8


  • 1/2 cup of oats – be sure to grind up the oats in a coffee grinder or food processor)
  • 2 scoops of Inner Armour Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup of dried cranberries or dates (optional, blitz the dates in a blender or food processor)
  • 1/4 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup of hemp hearts
  • 1/4 cup almond butter or natural peanut depending on your preference
  • Approx 2/3 cup of water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup of hemp hearts

Line the base and sides of your 8×8 baking pan with your nut butter of choice. Once finished dust your chia seeds over top, making sure to spread it evenly then sprinkle on tops evenly then cover.When finished place your baking pan in the fridge.

In a large bowl, mix together you dry ingredients. Next stir in your vanilla, followed by the water. Stir until the mix feels like dough, you may add a little more water if it is too dry. If you are adding dates or cranberries do so now.

Scrap the dough into your baking pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle chia seeds on top evenly then cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.

Once set. Cut it into desired portion sizes and enjoy!
