Unlike other exercises, you might think that there is no strength building with kettlebell but the fact that you can change the swing effectiveness depending on your goals plays a very big part. As a matter of fact, you can build strength with other types of workout tools like dumbbells, barbells, or powerbags but there is a certain advantage that kettlebells have — the way it’s shaped is ideal for holding the weight in various positions. For example, you can do squats using the kettlebell by placing it in the rack position while resting against your upper and forearm as it enables larger weight to be held against your body.
