Health.com says that there are exercises high-heel lovers should do in order to prevent pain. We know that anyone who likes to wear 3-4 inches of high heels to work would soon experience foot pain. That’s why we want to let you know ladies, there’s a solution for this.

These were recommended by a podiatrist.  Add these to your routine so you won’t have to experience that uncomfortable and uneasy side effects of high heels.

Stand facing a wall. With heels down, slowly rotate the back knee from the 12 o’clock to 1 o’clock position; lean until you feel a gentle stretch in your upper calf. Hold 30 seconds; switch legs. Prevention.com says that these stretches can relieve your morning foot pain. Most of the time, we get really stiff in the morning. The soft tissue and joints in our feet are not active when we sleep so that’s the effect in the morning.
